Use case. Called when the Notifications screen opens or is pulled to refresh, and when a data-only push arrives (pushes carry ids only, never names). Returns endorsement status / comment notifications and broadcasts for the user; the app stores them in its notification table and opens the farmer hub on tap.

Rules.

  • Only notifications about farmers in the user's scope, posted by someone else.
